our processes are supervised with constant quality control checks and

Organic products, certification from the Biological Farmers of Australia.
HACCP
Hazard
Analysis and Critical Control Point Certification, or HACCP, provides
the basis of Buderim Ginger's Food Safety Management
System. Having a Food Safety Management System, based on HACCP, can significantly
reduce the possibility of contamination during production, enhances product
quality and better ensures year round consistency of production. HACCP
is often recognised by Industry and consumers around the world as the
premier code of practice for Food Safety.
ISO9001:2000
Buderim
Ginger's ISO9001:2000 certification encompasses a Quality Management
System for the development, manufacture and despatch of processed Ginger
and related products to Australian and International customers. The ISO9001:2000
Quality Management System was developed to ensure customer satisfaction
from the initial process of placing an order to delivery in full, on time.
Kosher
What
was once a religious guide for foods is growing around the world as a
healthy guide to clean living. Buderim Ginger's ingredients
and processes are inspected annually by the Melbourne Kashrut to ensure
our ongoing certification as Kosher products.

Organic
Buderim
Ginger pioneered Organic Ginger. Working with local farmers on
the Sunshine Coast, Buderim Ginger has invested substantial
resources to provide both consumers and manufactures with a true organic
product. Buderim Ginger’s Organic Ginger is unmistakably
Australian with its smooth flavour and citral note. Buderim Ginger
is a certified organic processor by the Biological Farmers of Australia
Co-op Ltd.
Halal
Ginger
has been a global food for thousands of years, from the Silk Road to fine
dining in 5 star restaurants. Ginger is an important ingredient in the
cooking repertoire of many Muslim consumers, consumers whose tastes and
preferences are governed by Halal rules on food specification. Halal food
may apparently be the same as other food, but its nature, technique of
its processing involving the ingredients, handling, use of various methods
from the beginning to the end, is always the one approved and recommended
by Islamic law. Buderim Ginger is proud to be a Halal
certified producer.
